FACILITY/ROOM RENTALS

EVENT ROOM RENTALS $200 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Our 2,800-square-foot muti-faceted event room can be arraigned with tables and chairs for a seated dinner, theater style with chairs in rows for discussions, or a mixture of the two for workshops. 


Our in-house catering prepares delicious meals that will your budget and our top-notch audio/visual equipment allows for seamless presentations. 


Seats 200 Max

In-house Catering Required, with exception of a cake. 


Price includes set up of tables and chairs. 

  • Weekday (Monday -Thursday) - $250 up to 4 hours; $500 up to 8 hours
  • Weekend (Friday – Sunday) $750


Decoration set-up time must be arranged with management. ▪ WE DO NOT DECORATE.


  • Audio/Visual Fee $50 (projector, screen, and microphones) 
  • Dance Floor rental - $150


• If alcohol is served, then security is mandatory - $200

• Lobby available with ballroom rental 

• $150 flat rate – This includes 4 tables and 16 chairs.

PATIO RENTAL $200 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Gather with family and friends on our spacious patio. It is the perfect place to enjoy nature while enjoying a good meal. 


Patio (Seats 100 MAX) 


In-house Catering Required, with exception of a cake.

Price includes set up of 5 tables and 40 chairs. 

• $350 as a standalone rental 

• $200 with Ballroom rental


• Microphone & Speaker rental - $50 (projector is not available)



• If alcohol is served, then security is mandatory - $200


PAVILION RATES $200 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Our pavilion offers privacy and comfort for you and your guests. There is a full concession and refrigerator for easy food preparation. 


Outside catering is allowed. 

In-house catering is available. 

Space offers ceiling fans, outdoor outlets, and clean bathrooms. 


  • $500 Up to 8 hours, 50 chairs and 10 table cloths 
  • $2.00 per additional standard chair.
  • $3.00 per additional plastic chair or vender market rental rate.
  • $10.00 per additional table.


Grill Rental (Member provides charcoal and lighter fluid)

• $50 with Pavilion rental


• Grill must remain on Center property


POD RENTAL 

The Pod is a stand-alone classroom, that is perfect for small, private meetings


Free of charge during business hours for non-profits and community organizations.


Weekend and after-hours –


  • $100 Based on availability and staffing
  • THE RENTAL MUST NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) HOURS. 
  • Seats 27 people 
  • Rental includes 5 tables and 20 chairs.
  • No Wi-Fi available at this time.
