Fitness & Wellness Programs

Fitness & Wellness Programs

A full-service gym and indoor walking track, strength training and cardio equipment, group exercise classes such as water aerobics, water yoga, Zumba, chair yoga, and line dancing, along with a heated pool and hot tub with ADA-accessible entry, wellness checks, and health-focused workshops.

Nutrition & Meal Services

Hot, nutritious sit-down meals are provided four days a week (Thursdays excluded) for adults aged 60 and older. A suggested contribution of $1.25 is encouraged but not required. You do not need to be a member of the Harrison Center to join us for lunch.

Arts, Crafts & Lifelong Learning

Sewing, quilting, and needlecraft; drawing, painting, and watercolor classes; gardening and hands-on enrichment activities; and educational workshops and skill-building programs.

Socialization & Recreation

Daily social activities and games such as bingo, cards, and group recreation, along with clubs, social gatherings, and community-building events that foster connection, friendship, and support.

Advocacy & Support Services

Assistance connecting seniors to local resources, including information on benefits, transportation, and aging services, provided by supportive staff who help older adults navigate their needs with dignity.

Facility Rentals & Community

Host your next celebration, family gathering, or community event at The Harrison Center. We have flexible rental spaces for private, civic, and community events.
